A Life-Changing Opportunity
This unique signature course is designed by Mada Eliza Dalian to help you achieve the most mental, emotional, and physical transformation in the shortest time, and to create a lasting change in your life. With Mada’s bull’s eye guidance and her ability to accurately read the fears, thought patterns, and beliefs repressed in your body’s unconscious, you will be able to work with and transform what is deeply imprinted in your body’s cellular memory.
During this course, you will work with the self-healing Dalian Method to release many layers of blocked negative emotions (anger, sadness, anxiety, insecurity, depression, and pain) from each chakra; you will practice with different Active Meditations to strengthen your inner witness; and will learn how to ground your shift of consciousness in your body and life.

Each week you will also be encouraged to share your experiences in a specially set-up private blog. Sharing your experiences and reading other people’s experiences will be a powerful way to connect with others in the group, get new ideas, and recognize how similar our human challenges and tribulations are. Mada reads all the blog posts during the week to have an idea of where you are in your process. She may at times give you suggestions in the blog, or you are welcome to ask questions to assist you with your practice during the week.
What to Expect Each Week
Week 1During the first week Mada will read the energy in the left and right (yin/yang) sides of your body and will identify the main thought patterns, beliefs, and fears that are running through your energy and undermining your sense of peace and inner balance. She will also read the thought-forms repressed in your 1st chakra and will address the conditionings and beliefs (parental, social and religious) that have shaped your attitude towards sex and your freedom to experience your sexuality.
During the week you will work with the self-healing Dalian Method to release and transform the fears and beliefs repressed in your 1st chakra and the left/right sides of your body. This will help you develop a healthy attitude towards your sexuality, balance the two polarities of your energy, and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
The first or root chakra, is situated at the base of the spine and is associated with the color red. Our life force, also known as kundalini energy, coils up like a snake in the first chakra, from where it moves up and down through the body and its chakra system. The root chakra is the meeting place of the body's yin and yang (inner female/male) energy polarities. It houses the seed of our potential and destiny to flower into enlightened consciousness. This chakra governs the reproductive organs, feet, legs, bones, and large intestine.
Week 2During the second week Mada will identify the fears and beliefs that are blocking the front and back of your second chakra and will guide you on how you can work with them using the self-healing Dalian Method. As you go deeper inside and transform the energetic blockages and inner conflict, you will be able to heal your body of internal stress, anxiety, or back pain, and truly understand that your survival does not depend on other people’s approval. You will realize that you don't need to do what does not feel right for you. You will understand that you are not alone and that all your needs will always be taken care of by existence.
The second chakra is located about two inches below your navel and extends into the lower back. It is associated with the color orange and governs the liver. The second chakra houses our body’s survival instinct. It is the center that connects our spirit with our body and helps us bring our awareness into the present.
Week 3The third week will be dedicated to your power center, and issues related to what sabotages your inner strength will be discussed. Mada will identify the repressed thought-forms in the front and back of the third chakra and will give you guidance on how you can transform your anger, insecurity, and negative emotions into self-empowered consciousness.
Releasing and transforming the repressed beliefs, fears, and negative emotions stored in your third chakra will help to increase your self-confidence on a cellular level. It will help you connect to your inner strength and begin to trust yourself. Working with the self-healing Dalian Method in the 3rd chakra will also open a door to new possibilities to live your life as you choose, instead of following or competing with others.
The third chakra, also known as the solar plexus, is located just below your rib cage and extends into your mid back. This chakra is associated with the color yellow and governs the stomach, spleen, and digestive system. It houses our ability to establish healthy boundaries and stand up for ourselves. The third chakra also gives us the needed strength to manifest our vision and creativity into reality.
Week 4During the fourth week we will work with the heart chakra, which is a bridge between the three lower and the three higher chakras. The heart chakra helps us transform our instinctual behaviours into love and compassion for ourselves and others. During this week, Mada will identify the thought patterns and emotions that are blocking your heart chakra in your chest and upper back.
As you work with the self-healing Dalian Method during the week, you will purify your heart from repressed sadness, pain, and self-pity. You will learn important life lessons hidden in your traumatic experiences, will increase your understanding of yourself and others, and will begin to accept yourself and others as you/they are. You will also discover your tremendous capacity for love, compassion, and forgiveness.
The fourth chakra is located behind the sternum in the chest and extends into the upper back. This center is associated with the color green and bridges the three lower and the three upper chakras. Emotions of sadness, grief, and thinking that nobody understands or cares about us repressed in the fourth chakra often cause heart problems, shortness of breath, asthma, breast cancer, and depression. Governed by the heart, this center transforms our insecurity, anger, selfishness, greed, manipulative behaviour, and lust for power into understanding, love, and compassion for ourselves and others.
Week 5During the fifth week Mada will identify the thought-forms repressed in your throat and neck so that you can continue working with what prevents you from freely speaking your inner truth and living your creative potential. As you work with the Dalian Method releasing what is repressed in your throat chakra, you will not only heal physical conditions such as thyroid, but will also begin to feel the freedom to be yourself. Your work with the previous four chakras will help your energy to move freely through your body and support your ability to discriminate between your conscious and unconscious actions. You will spontaneously begin to feel your individuality and the need to express yourself freely. You will permanently break old behaviour patterns, and will enjoy taking responsibility for your own life.
The fifth chakra is located between the base of the throat and back of the neck. This center is associated with the color blue and governs the thyroid and parathyroid glands, communication, and expression. The throat chakra helps us express our unique voice and creativity, and allows us to take responsibility for all our thoughts and actions.
Week 6During this week Mada will identify the beliefs that are blocking your sixth chakra in your forehead and the back of your head. The sixth chakra is where we transcend the illusion created by the physical reality and our ego-mind and connect to the timeless and formless part of our existence. Opening this center is of utmost importance if we want to find our true calling and life purpose. As you clear your sixth chakra of the repressed beliefs while working with the self-healing Dalian Method, you will be able to connect to your intuition and inner knowing. You will awaken your innate wisdom and the limitless possibilities hidden within your own being, which always knows what you need to do in order to manifest your dreams into reality.
The sixth chakra, commonly known as the third eye, is located in the forehead in the area between the eyebrows. It is linked to the pineal gland, also known as the “mystery” gland. Associated with the color indigo, this center houses our inner wisdom and spiritual intelligence. The third eye helps us see things clearly and objectively. It helps us let go of our insecurity, attachments, and fear of death and the unknown.
Week 7The seventh chakra is the portal which helps us transcend our ego’s perception of separation and experience oneness with all that is. Mada will identify the limiting beliefs and fears that are preventing you from surrendering into the unknown and will provide the needed ground and support for you to face your fears and have a positive attitude towards the unknown.
As you work with the Dalian Method to release the repressed thoughts and fears from your crown chakra, you will gain enough courage to confront your fear of death and survival. You will truly understand that this life is temporary, and will be able to surrender your ego’s attachments to the familiar world of people and things. Passing through the door of ultimate surrender of your separate will to the will of existence, you will be able to relax and welcome the mysteries hidden within the unknown. In this state, you will truly understand what living in the Now is all about.
The seventh chakra, also known as the crown chakra, is located at the top of the head. It is associated with the color violet or white and acts as a transition point between the limited physical reality and boundless cosmic reality. This center symbolizes the flowering of human consciousness and its reunification with the Source.
