Meditation is a fundamental necessity for a healthy and balanced life.
These meditation courses are for those who recognize the need for incorporating meditation into their lives but are unable to discipline themselves to sit in meditation.
Understandably, if we are already sitting in front of our desks and computers most of the day, to sit again in meditation at the end of our work day is almost impossible or counterproductive.
In these one or two day meditation workshops we will use the Osho Active Meditation techniques to first move our body and relax our tense muscles. We will then learn to observe our thoughts and emotions by connecting with our breath, and will gradually settle our awareness in the silent stillness of our being.
During these courses we will also practice with the Dalian Method to prepare a fruitful foundation for meditation and make the process of introspection more joyful and meaningful.
These courses are suitable for both beginners and seasoned meditators.
