Going over this mornings transcript I came across a quote from Mada which I would like to share.
“REMEMBER THAT FEAR IS GOOD! WHENEVER YOU FEEL FEAR IT MEANS THAT YOU ARE VERY CLOSE TO TRANSFORMATION.”
A couple of other salient points that came up while Mada was giving intruction for the Dynamic was 1- …”important to breath into your feet.” On a personal note: When things get overwhelming this is where you want to put your attention if its not in the hara.
2- …”strong sound in the belly during the Who fase.”
and finally 3- “Don’t lisen to the mind!” Remember what happened to Yogi Bear!
I would like to share a quote from Mada’s Monday morning talk!
“REMEMBER THAT FEAR IS GOOD! FEAR MEANS THAT YOU ARE CLOASE TO TRANSFORMATION!”
In addition here is a recap of some of Mada’s salient points in regards to the Dynamic meditation.
First Phase—1-move the body so that breath can go where it normally does not. Also very important to breathe into your feet.
Second Phase—2-Things must be expressed out loud!
Third Phase—-3- Make a strong Whoo sound into the belly and Don’t listen to your mind!
Remember what happened to Yogi Bear!
